Ingredients:
- Chicken (boneless) 1/2kg
- Salt 1tsp
- Garlic powder 1tsp
- Red chili (powder) 1tsp
- Oil for frying
- Flour 2 cups
- Eggs 2
- Mustard paste 1tbsp
- White pepper 1tsp
- Crispy fry 1 packet
Dip’s Ingredients:
- Ketchup 1cup
- Garlic (chopped) 2tbsp
- Sesame 2tbsp
- Oil 1tsp
- Red chili (chopped) 1tbsp
Method:
Add garlic powder, red chili, salt, white pepper and mustard paste on chicken and marinate it for 30mins. Now coat the chicken with eggs, crispy fry and flour and set it for 30 more mins. Now heat oil and fry chicken for 6-8mins. For the dip heat oil In a pan and fry garlic, then add red chili, sesame, ketchup, salt and 1 cup of water to cook for 2mins and serve it with the chicken.
Ingredients:
- Boiled porridge 2 cup
- Mango chunks 1
- Milk 2 cup
- Chopped date 2 tbsp
- Raisin 4 tbsp
- Sugar as required
Method:
In a bowl Boiled porridge, Mango chunks, Milk, chopped date , Sugar and Raisin mix and serve.
Ingredients:
- Cheese balls 1 packet
- Potatoes (boiled) ½ kg
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Green chilies 2-3 tsp
- Green coriander 4 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil as required
Method:
Firstly fry chicken cheese balls & set aside. Then peel potatoes and mashed it. Then add all spices, green coriander and green chilies in it and mix it properly. Now cover fried cheese balls with mashed potatoes and dip in egg, lastly coat in bread crumbs then fry in heated oil. Serve hot.
