Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish ½ kg
  • Oil for frying
  • Potatoes with skin (wedges) ½ kg
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Crispy Fry 1 packet

Method:
Divide the crispy fry mix into 3 tbsp and 5 tbsp separately. Add ¼ cup of water to 3 tbsp mix and blend well. Dry the fish and coat in the dry mix. Then dip in the prepared batter. Now coat the fish in dry mix again. Heat oil in a pan. When hot, add fish and fry on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove the fish from pan and set aside. In a bowl, add mayonnaise, chilli sauce and 4 tbsp of water. Mix and set aside. For chips, divide the crispy fry mix into 3 tbsp and 5 tbsp separately. Add ¼ cup of water to 3 tbsp mix and blend well. Dry the potato wedges and coat in dry mix. Then dip in the prepared batter and coat again in the dry mix again. Heat oil in a pan and fry potato wedges on medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve the fish hot with chips and sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Lady finger ½ kg
  • Onions (chopped) 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Almonds 8-10
  • Coconut 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 2 tsp
  • Dried Mango Powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chilies (dried) 2-4
  • Asafoetida a pinch
  • Curry leaves 5-7
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Method:
Heat oil and fry lady finger with salt.when it becomes crispy then take it out back.now in remaining oil add Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds Red chili powder, Asafoetida and Curry leaves fry it till brown.Then add Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Red chili powder ,dried mango powder and Dried fenugreek leaves cook nicely.Now in grinder add Coconut,Almonds and milk then make a fine paste.add this paste in it n cook more.in last add Sugar, Salt and Yogurt cook for 5 minutes.lastly add lady fingers and serve.

  • Macaroni (boiled) 1 packet
  • Mushroom 1 tin
  • Chicken (chopped) ½ kg
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Green onions (chopped) 2-3
  • Cabbage (chopped) 100 gm
  • Chili garlic sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Garlic (crushed) 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Green chilies (sliced) 3-4
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

 

Method:
Heat oil in a pan add garlic, fry it. now add onion fry for 2-3 minutes ,after it add chicken and cook nicely. Then add salt, Chili garlic sauce and Soy sauce mix it well. After 2 minutes add Macaroni (boiled), Green onions (chopped, Green chilies (sliced) and Cabbage (chopped) fry it on high flame. lastly add Lemon juice and Fresh coriander, serve hot.
