Ingredients:

  • Semolina ½ cup boiled
  • Grated potatoes 2 cups
  • Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
  • Beaten eggs 1-2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Butter 1 tbsp

Ingredients Cheese Sauce:

  • Cream cheese 3 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp

 

METHOD:

In a pan add half cup water, butter, when its boiling add suji and cook on low heat, keep stirring till a ball is formed in the center, remove from heat and cool, mix in 2 cups of boiled potatoes with all the seasonings, chopped greens, mix well, grease hands, shape into thin long fingers, dip in egg, roll in bread crumbs, deep fry till crisp. Serve with cheese sauce.

METHOD FOR CHEESE SAUCE:

Mix together everything.

Ingredients:

  • Black chickpea gram 250 gm soaked overnight and boiled till done
  • Potatoes 2 cut in small cubes boiled
  • Tomato 1 chopped
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
  • Mint leaves chopped ½ cup

Ingredients for Tamarind Chutney:

  • Tamarind pulp ½ cup
  • Dates soaked, removed seeds 4
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Garlic cloves 5
  • Mint handful
  • Asafoetida a pinch
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Gram flour 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Jaggery 2 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp heaped

METHOD FOR CHATNI:

Blend together tamarind pulp, jaggery, dates, ginger,yogurt, green chilies, cloves, coriander, mint, blend all together to a fine paste, keep aside.

METHOD:

Heat ¼ cup oil, add heing, gram flour, add ½ tsp haldi, cumin, sauté for 1 min, add the grinded chatni, cook for 5 mins. In a big bowl mix together the boiled chana, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, chopped coriander and mint, the prepared chatni, crushed red pepper 1 tsp, chat masala, salt, lemon juice, mix all well, serve immediately

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 500 gm boneless cut into cubes
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp leveled
  • Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • tandoori color a pinch
  • Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp

 

METHOD:

Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients, mix well, leave it for ½ an hour, deep fry till golden, sprinkle chat masala, serve hot with any chatni.
