Ingredients
K&N’s Croquettes – 28-30 croquettes
Bread slices – 12 -14
BBQ sauce – 1½ cup
Mayonnaise – 1½ cup
Lettuce leaves – as required
Cheddar cheese slices – 6-7
Tomato slices – as required
Onion rings – as required
Method
Fry K&N’s Croquettes as per instructions on pack.
Toast bread slices on both sides in a pan. Spread BBQ sauce and mayonnaise on it; lay lettuce leaves, K&N’s Croquettes, cheddar cheese slice and tomatoes. Put another bread slice on top to make a sandwich.
Cut into half vertically. Serve.
BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
Ketchup – 1 cup
Vinegar – ¼ cup
Honey – 2 tbsp
Onion powder – ½ tsp
Brown sugar – 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp
Smoked paprika – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Garlic powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Method
In a preheated saucepan, add all the ingredients and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes and set aside.
