CUCUMBER AND EGG SANDWICHES
Ingredients:
Cucumber 1 large cut into tiny cubes
Boiled eggs 4 coarsely chopped
Butter 2 oz
Cream cheese 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Green chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Bread slices 8 to 10
Method:
Mix altogether in boiled eggs. Spread on bread slices cover with second slice of bread cut into bite size pieces and serve.
