Ingredients:
- Raw mango grated 500 gm
- Chutney 500 gm
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Black salt ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Grated ginger 1 tbsp
- Silver wrap 1
- Raisins 1 tbsp
Method:
Add sugar in grated raw mango for 1 hour. Add salt, chili, black salt cook till syrup is form. Add ginger and raisins cook for 5 minute, let it cool. Add silver wrap mix & serve.
Ingredients:
- Bitter gourd ½ kg
- Onion 300 gm
- Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 4-5
- Mint as required
- Salt, chili, turmeric as required
- Raw mango 2 tbsp
- Nigella seeds ½ tsp
- Fennel seeds ¾ tsp
- Crushed white cumin ¾ tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Oil ¾ cup
Method:
Peel bitter gourd and cut into pieces. Heat oil add onion fry well, remove. Add ginger garlic, tomato, salt, chili and turmeric cook well. Apply salt on bitter gourd, wash and drain well. Cook in hot oil. Add fried bitter gourd into masala with green chilies, fried onion, raw mango, nieglla, fennel, cumin and coriander mix well leave 5 for simmering. Serve with mint.
Ingredients:
- Beef minced 250 gm
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped tomatoes 2
- Chopped raw mango 2 tbsp
- Salt, chili, turmeric as required
- Oil ½ cup
- Green chilies 2
- Whole red lentil 2 cup
- Salt as required
- Milk ½ cup
Ingredients for Tempering:
- chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 3-4
- White cumin ½ tsp
- Curry leaves 6-7
- Clarified butter 4 tbsp
- Mint for garnish
Method:
Heat oil add onion and chopped onion fry well. Add mince with salt, chili, turmeric and tomato cook well. Add 1 cup of water. When minced is done add boiled red lentil, milk and 1 cup of water cook for 30 to 40 minute. When it becomes thick add raw mango. For tempering heat clarified butter add whole red chilies and garlic fry well. Add curry leaves and cumin cook. Garnish with mint serve.
