Ingredients for meatballs:

  • Daal chana boiled & mashed 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili chopped 1 – 2
  • Fresh coriander chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Raisins 1 tbsp
  • Roasted peanut chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs as required

 

Ingredients for Gravy:

  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion slices 1 large
  • Tomato chopped 3 to 4
  • Yougurt ¼ cup
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

 

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men daal chana or or tamam ajza dal ker achi tarahan mix ker lain or matlooba size kay koftay bana ker andy men dip ker kay deep fry ker lain jab golden color ajae to nikal ker rakh lain.
Pan men oil garam ker kay piyaz ko golden brown ker lain phir lehsan, adrak or tamam sukhay masalay dal ker achi tarhan men bhoon lain yahan tak kay oil or masala alag hojae phir tomater or dahi dal ker mazeed itna pakaen kay gravy ready hojae to koftay shamil ker kay thora sa pani dal ker apni matlooba gravy set ker kay serve karen.

Ingredients for Dough:

  • Flour 500 gm
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Sweet soda ¼ tsp
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Achari masala as required
  • Fennel 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp

Method:
Mixing bowl men maida or tamam ajza dal ker goondh lain phir akhir men ghee dal ker mix ker lain or mazeed aatay ko achi tarhan gondh lain. Phir dough ko 10 se 15 minutes tak rest de ker pairay bana lain phir pairon ko bail ker baking tray men rakh ker unglion se nishan laga ker mazeed 25 se 30 minutes ka rest de ker pre heated oven men 200c per 10 se 12 minutes tak bake ker lain.

Ingredients to marinate:

  • Chicken boneless cubes 1 cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Fried onion 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Coconut crushed 1 tsp

Ingredients for Gravy:

  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Marinated chicken 1 cup
  • Boiled onion paste ½ cup
  • Yogurt 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Cream 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped 1 tsp
  • Green chili big julienne 1 to 2

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men chicken or tamam ajza dal ker achi tarha chicken ko marinade ker lain or 3 se 4 hours kay liye fridge men rakh den.
Pan men oil garam ker kay marinated chicken ko achi tarhan fry ker lain phir boiled chicken or dahi dal ker itna pakaen kay oil or gravy alag alag hojae to cream, hara dhanai or hari mirchen dal ker mazeed itna pakaen kay oil or gravy alag alag hojae

Ingredients:

  • Macaroni boiled ¼ cup
  • Tikka masala as required
  • Egg 2 to 3
  • Oil for frying

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men macaroni, tikka masala or anday dal ker achi tarhan mix ker lain.
Eb frying pan men oil dal ker garam ker kay anday ka mixture dal ker dono janib se fry ker kay serve karen.
