Ingredients

  • White flour                   ½ kg
  • Split Bengal gram         250gm
  • Red chili powder 2tsp
  • Cumin roasted              2tsp
  • Turmeric                       1tsp
  • Salt                                1tsp
  • Garlic                             1tbsp
  • Coriander                      1tsp
  • Pomegranate                1tbsp
  • Mint                              1bunch
  • Green chilies                 4
  • Chaat masala                1tsp
  • Onion                            1
  • Tamarind water           4tbsp
  • Clarified butter             as required

Methods

  1. Finely chop green chilies, onion , mint and garlic.
  2. Now add boil lentil.
  3. Add spices and mix wel with hands.
  4. Now make rotis with white flour and put the filling, lastly fry and serve .
