Ingredients

  • Red lentil                                      250 grams
  • Green chili                                    5
  • Baking powder                             1 tsp
  • Salt                                                  1 tsp
  • Oil                                                    for fry
  • Yogurt                                            250 grams
  • Chat masala                                 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander chopped       4 tbsp
  • Sev                                                   1 cup
  • Onion chopped                           1
  • Green chutney ingredients:
  • Coriander                                      4 tbsp
  • Mint                                                3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice                                  1 tbsp
  • Green chili                                    5
  • Tamarind chutney ingredients:
  • Tamarind paste                           1 cup
  • Cumin                                             1 tbsp
  • Coriander                                      1 tbsp
  • Sugar                                               3 tbsp
  • Salt                                                           ½ tsp

Methods

  1. Lentils soaked 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Then in a blender some water adds and grinds it.
  3. Now in a mixture add green chili, salt, baking powder and green coriander chopped well mix and pakoray in warm oil.
  4. Then green chatni ingredients blend with some water fine grind.
  5. Tamarind chatni ingredients in a seprate cup well mix with water .
  6. After this yogurt whipped then add pakoray, green chatni
  7. Add Tamarind paste ,chaat masala ,chopped onion and sevadd and serve .
