Ingredients:

  • Peshawari chapli kabab (beef) ½ packet
  • Curd 250 gm
  • Rice (boiled) ½ cup
  • Carrot 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Bread slices 6
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil as required

 

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry Peshawari chapli kabab. Then in the same oil fry onion and garlic. Now add all the spices and cook well. Then add all the vegetables and fried Peshawari chapli kabab and cook until the vegetables gets tender. Now remove this mixture from the heat. Then add curd and boiled rice. Mix well. Now soak bread slices in water and cut the sides. Then add beef filling and prepare kababs. Now dip in the egg, heat oil and fry the kababs. Lastly serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 2
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Carrots 2
  • Capsicums 2
  • Cauliflower 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Red whole chilies 6
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida a pinch
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Coal 1 piece
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Method:
Heat oil and fry red whole chilies. Then in a blender add fried red whole chilies and tomatoes. Blend it properly. Now heat oil add all vegetables and fry well. Then add turmeric powder, cumin, salt, garlic, mustard seeds, Asafoetida and dried fenugreek leaves. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Once the vegetables are tender add tomatoes and red chili paste. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes. Lastly give smoke of coal and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Milk 2 cups
  • Whole Dried milk ½ cup
  • Cashew nuts 6
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Sugar as required
  • Pistachios (chopped) as required
  • Ice 1 cup

 

Method:
In the blender add all the ingredients. Blend well. Then pour in the serving glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios. Serve chilled.
