Ingredients:
- Potatoes ½ kg peeled cubed and boiled
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Green chilies 4 chopped
- Curry leaves 15
- Salt 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Boil potatoes till tender. Heat oil, add curry leaves with green chilies, fenugreek seeds, turmeric and boiled potatoes. Fry for 2 mins and remove, before serving heat potato mixture, remove in a serving bowl, and spread with beaten yogurt mix well sprinkle with chopped coriander.
