Ingredients:
- Fish ½ kg
- Lemon juice 2 (lemons)
- Chopped Garlic 8-10 cloves
- Corn Flour 2-4 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt 1 tsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying
- Cucumber for garnishing
Method:
Wash and Clean fish, and mark the cuts. Now place in platters then add lemon juice on it and sprinkle salt. Then fry fish in oil. Now pour lemon juice in a bowl. Then in a pan heat oil and butter and fry chopped garlic. Now add water, lemon juice and salt and cook. Lastly add corn flour dissolve in water and mix. When garlic sauce thick then add fried fish remove in patters then pour on sauce and garnish with cucumbers and serve.

- Elbow macaroni 2 cup
- Eggs (boiled ) 4
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- Mustard 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 1 cup

All ingredients mix well and serve .

- Chicken tikka boti 1 packet
- Oil for frying
For the white sauce:
- Milk 1 liter
- Cream 1 cup
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Refined flour 3 tbsp
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Onion chopped 1 small
For the tomato sauce:
- Tomato 3
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Oil 5 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1 small
- Oregano ½ tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Lasagna pasta (boiled) ½ packets
- Salt 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry tikka boti for 10 to 12 minutes.
For the white sauce: In a pan heat butter and fry onion add flour and cook for 30 second. Then milk, cream and salt mix and come to boil and cook for 10 second then cool it. For the tomato sauce: In a pan heat oil and fry onion and garlic. Then tomato, tomato puree and oregano and 2 cup of water and cook it’s come to boil for 10 second then remove and keep a side. Now take oven prove dish and spread the tomato ketchup paste then chicken layer and after this white sauce, boiled Lasagna pasta boiled then one more repeat this process. Then in the top of pour white sauce and sprinkling cheese and then bake at 180c for 15 minutes.
