Ingredients
- Fish fillet ½ kg beckti marinate with salt ½ tsp and lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Batter
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Flour 4 tbsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Roasted and crushed coriander 1 ½ tsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
METHOD
Marinate fish with salt and lemon juice, make batter with all the ingredients given in bowl, the batter should be thick, add in fish fillet, leave it for 30 mins, then deep fry in pan, and serve with fries.
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg 12 pcs
- Marinate with yogurt 1 ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Brown onion ¾ cup
- Mint leaves ½ bunch
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Boiled rice 750 gm
- Yellow color a pinch
- Saffron a pinch
- Coal 1 piece
Ingredients for Potli
- Bay leaf 1
- Black cardamom 2
- Cloves 6
- Black pepper 6
- Star anise 2
METHOD
Make potli with the whole spices. Heat ½ cup oil, add half quantity of brown onion. Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, allspice and lemon juice. In your fried onion, add marinated chicken, remove on sides, make a well, add muslin cloth, top with boiled rice, then add yellow color, saffron, put to cook on fast flame for 5 mins, then lower flame for 20 mins till chicken done, then give dum of coal.
