Ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup
- Coco Powder ¾ cup
- Baking Powder ½ tsp
- Baking Soda ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sugar Powder ¾ cup
- Eggs 2
- Oil ½ cup
- Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
- Chocolate Chips ¾ cup
Method:
- Pre heated oven at 150C.
- Add flour, salt, sugar powder, coco powder, baking soda, baking powder and chocolate chips in a bowl, mix well.
- In separate bowl beat egg, vanilla essence and oil or butter well.
- Now mix flour mixture gently with hand.
- Place cookies on tray with spoon at certain gap and baked 18 to 20 minutes.
