Ingredient:
- Plain Cake 1 pound
- Banana Jelly 1 packet
- Vanilla Custard 1 litre
- Strawberry Jelly 1 packet
- Fruit Cocktail 1 tin
- Ingredients for custard:
- Milk 1 liter
- Custard Powder 3 tbsp
- Vanilla ½ tsp
- Condensed Milk half tin
- Cream 4 tbsp
Method for custard:
- Mix all together and put to boil starring continuously till custard thickens.
- Remove and arrange as shown.
- First lyre cake slices , second lyre fruit cocktail, third lyre banana jelly, forth lyre custard, fifth lyre strawberry jelly final lyre whipped cream to decorate.
