Ingredients:
- Chicken wings 1 kg made into lolly pops
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying
Ingredients for Batter:
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Flour 4tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Egg 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Chilled water to make batter
METHOD:
Marinate wings with all the given ingredients for 1 hour, make batter,dip wings in batter and deep fry for 20 mins until light golden.
Ingredients for Tartlets:
- Flour 8 ounce
- Butter 4 ounce
- Egg yolk 1
- Salt ½ tsp
Ingredients for Filling:
- Chapli kabab 250 gm
- Baked beans ½ tin
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese ½ cup
METHOD FOR TARTLETS:
Sieve flour, add in salt, rub in butter till mixture resembles bread crumbs, add in yolks, knead with chilled water into a dough, roll the dough, cut with round cutter, put in tart tray, prick slightly, bake for 15 mins on 180 D, remove, put filling, top with cheese, re-bake for 10 mins, remove and serve.
Ingredients:
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Melted chocolate ½ cup
- Fresh cream whipped 2 cups
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Chopped walnuts ½ cup
METHOD:
Beat cream till thick, in a large bowl beat condensed milk, add melted chocolate, vanilla until well blended, fold in whipped cream and nuts, pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan, cover freeze overnight until firm, and serve.
