Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 500 gm
  • Water 3 cups
  • Salt ¼ teaspoon

Other Ingredients:

  • Kashmiri red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger powder ½ tbsp
  • Fennel powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Water 1-1/2 cups
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt as required

 

 

Method:

Boil potatoes with salt. Mash with fork. Heat oil in pan and fry potatoes till golden in color. Heat oil add cumin. Add yogurt and all spice cook. Add as required water and potatoes remove and serve.

Ingredients for Kofta:

  • Mutton Minced 300 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder
  • Ground Red Chili 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1tsp
  • Garlic crushed 1tsp
  • Yogurt 1tbsp

 

Ingredients for Curry:

  • Aniseeds powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  • kashmiri red chili 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup

 

Method:

Mix all ingredients of mutton and give a shape of kofta and fry well. Mix all ingredients of curry and heat in oil. Add kofta and as required water cook for 5 minute. Give a dum. Remove and serve.
