Ingredients for marinate:
- Chicken 500 gm
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Other ingredients:
- Rice (boiled) 2 cups
- Whole spices 1tabs
- Clarified butter 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves few
- Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Fried onions 1/2 cup
- Green chilies 2-3
Method:
Now in a bowl, add all the marination ingredients and coat the chicken pieces well. Then allow it marinate for about 4 hours. Heat clarified butter in a pan, add whole spices and curry leaves. Fry well. Now add the marinated chicken followed by boiled rice in it top with coriander leaves, fried onion and chilies, Mix well. Let it cook on a low heat for about 20-30 minutes. Open the dum mix the rice well. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Amaranth leaves 1/2 kg
- Tomato 1
- Cumin 1tsp
- Whole red chilies 2
- Red chili flakes 1tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
Wash Amaranth leaves and cut it well. Then heat oil and add tomato, red chili flakes and turmeric powder. Cook well. Now add Amaranth leaves and cook properly. Then heat oil and fry whole red chilies and cumin. Temper well and add this mixture onto the gravy. Cook on high flame and serve hot.
