Dum Handi has a special combination of spices that goes very well with a hot and crispy naan. The meat is cooked to a perfect temperature that will water your mouth for more.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Fennel ½ tsp
  • White cumin ½ tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • All spices powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fried onion ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Green chili, green coriander 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Ginger for garnishing
  • Green chili for garnishing

Method:
Fennel ,white cumin and whole coriander roast and grind it .then heat oil and fry chicken ,now all remaining spices mix in yogurt then mix in chicken .now fennel ,cumin and coriander powder mix then add fried onion .when roast well then add cream and cook on low heat and leave on dum .finally garnish with ginger and green chili and serve .

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 250 grams
  • Chopped spring onion 1
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • White pepper ¼ tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese as required
  • Frozen parathay 3
  • White sauce 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp

Ingredients for white sauce:

  • Margarine 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Milk as required

Method:
Heat oil then ginger garlic paste then mince roast .after this except mozzarella cheese all ingredients of mince mix and cook then stove off .then melt the margarine and mix the sauce ingredients .now mozzarella cheese mix .now mixture place on pratha and fold it and serve it .

Cake trifle:

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Custard powder 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 8 tbsp
  • Biscuits 1 packet
  • Jam for garnishing
  • Cream for garnishing

 

Shaljam Aur Patton ki subzi:
Ingredients:

  • Turnip 1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 12 cup

For Garlic Chatney :

  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • White cumin ½ tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cake trifle:

Method:
In half cup of milk add custard powder and dissolve it then add in cool milk .then add sugar start spoon continuously stirring and cook .when milk thick then stove off and cool it then add crushed biscuits mix .after this garnish with add cream ,biscuits and jam and serve .

Shaljam Aur Patton ki subzi:

Method:
All garlic chatney ingredients mix and grind it .now turnip cut the thickly and boil then strain with hand .then grind it .after this in a pan heat oil and add grinded turnip ,salt and garlic chatney and roast well then dry the water .finally cook on low heat for 10 minutes and serve .
