DUM QEEMA
Ingredients:
Beef (mince) ½ kg
Onions 375 gms
Green Chilies 10
Keri 1
Tomatoes 250 gms
Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Fried Fennel Seeds 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
Oil ½ cup
Coal 1 piece
Method:
• In a pan, add minces,salt, crushed red chilies, tomatoes, fried fennel seeds, ginger garlic, coriander powder, garam masala powder, water and let it cook.
• When dries the water add chopped coriander leaves.
• In separate pan, heat oil add onions and fry until golden brown add keri , chopped green chilies and cook until golden brown.
• Pour in mince.
• In the end, steam with coal.
• Dum qeema is ready.
