Ingredients:
- Chicken (whole) 1
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Rice (soaked) ½ kg
- Carrots ½ kg
- Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Raisins 4 tbsp
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Almonds 100 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 2 tsp
- Onion 1
Oil 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Method:
In a pot add whole chicken, salt and red chili powder. Boil it well. Then heat clarified butter and fry onion well. Now add ginger garlic paste, whole chicken and salt. Cook well. Once it gets boiled, add soaked rice and crushed black pepper. Mix well. Then add carrots, raisins, almonds, oil and sugar. Cook well for about 2 minutes. Now add this mixture into the rice. Lastly add all spice powder and dish out. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes (boiled) ½ kg
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Coconut (grinded) 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 8
- Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tamarind juice 4 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Fresh coriander ½ bunch
- Mint leaves ½ bunch
- Oil for frying
- Dough (kneaded) as required
Method:
In a chopper add cumin, coriander seeds, grinded coconut, green chilies, salt, pomegranate seeds, tamarind juice, onion, fresh coriander and mint leaves. Grind it well and make fine chutney. Now add this chutney into the boiled potatoes and mix well. Then make small balls out of it. Now make balls of kneaded dough and add these balls to it. Spread it well evenly. Lastly heat oil and fry the parathas well. Serve hot.

- Yogurt 250 gm
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Water ½ cup
- Cumin (roasted) 2 tsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
First in the yogurt add salt, roasted cumin, black pepper and green chili paste. Whisk well. Then heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Now add this mixture into the yogurt mixture and mix well. Serve.
