Ingredients:
- Hard boiled eggs 6
- Boiled peas ¾ cup
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped boiled tomatoes 2-3
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt, chili, turmeric to taste
- All spices powder ½ tsp
- Nutmeg mace powder ½ tsp
- Green coriander, green chili as required
- Oil ¾ cup
Method:
Cut the hard boiled eggs in thick pieces .now heat oil and fry chopped onion .then add chopped boil tomato ,salt ,chili ,turmeric , Nutmeg mace powder, ginger garlic paste then roast the masala and add boil peas .finally add chopped egg ,all spices and green coriander mix and serve .

Ingredients for marination :
- Chicken 600 grams
- Grinded green coriander 2 tbsp
- Grinded green chili 1 tbsp
- Grinded garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Dried mango powder 1 tsp
For batter ingredients:
- Flour 4 tbsp
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
- Rice flour 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Baking powder ¾ tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
All chicken marination ingredients mix and leave to 2 to 3 hours .now steam it then cool it .all batter ingredients mix in water and make thinly batter .then dip the marinated chicken and fry in heated oil till than crispy .
