Ingredients:

  • Chicken with skin 1/2
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 -3 tbsp

Other Ingredients:

  • Dry red chili 4 -5
  • Roasted Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Roasted White cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamom 3 -4
  • cloves 4 -5
  • Tomato 1 large
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Garlic 2 -3
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup

METHOD:
Wash the chicken thoroughly and soak it in vinegar and salt water for 2-3 minutes. Then drain the chicken water and make it dry. Now mix the ingredients with step # 1 in a mixing bowl and then put it on the chicken and leave it for 2 minutes.
Now take step # 2 and put all the ingredients in a blender and make a paste. Now put this paste on the chicken and put it in the fridge for 2 hours
Now heat the grill pan and lightly fry it. Cook the chicken on both sides till the chicken is well melted.

Ingredients:

DONUT DOUGH:

  • Flour 500 gm
  • Butter 30 gm
  • Sugar 30 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp (8gm)
  • Yeast 1 -½ tsp (10gm)
  • Bread improver ½ tsp (3gm)
  • Eggs 1

MAKING:

  • Dough as required
  • Seekh Kabab 6 -8
  • Tomato ketchup for serving

METHOD:
Knead the dough by putting all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then give the milk a 5 minute rest and peel it or stuffed seekh kabab in it and cover the dough. Keep in dish and leave for 30 minute.
When donut rinse, heat oil in wok add donut fry well till golden brown in color. Serve with tomato ketchup

Ingredients:
SPONGE:

  • Dark chocolate 200 gm
  • Unsalted butter 200 gm
  • White sugar 100 gm
  • Brown sugar 150 gm
  • Eggs 3
  • flour 80 gm
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Cocoa powder 50 gm
  • Coffee 1 tsp
  • Water 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence few drops

GANACHE:

  • Dark chocolate
  • Cream
  • Butter

METHOD:
In a mixing bowl, add flour, cocoa powder or salt and mix well.Now add chocolate or butter in the second bowl, then add white or brown sugar in it and mix it well. Now add eggs, vanilla essence and coffee add in water and Dissolve it and mix well now add flour or mixture and mix well. Then put butter paper in round cake mold and add mixture or bake in preheated oven at 180C for 30-35 minutes.
Mix the chocolate, cream and butter in a mixing bowl to make ganache.
Now cut the sponge in the center and fold it. Then put the sponge again and fold it and roll it on the whole cake. then apply the small small piece of sponge on the cake and dilute the upper-gunch so that the small small piece of sponge is covered.
