FIRNI IN CAREMAL SAUCE
Ingredients:
Fresh Milk 1 liter
Sugar 1 cup
Small cardamom 6
Chopped almonds 10
Chopped pistachio 15
Sugar 1 tsp
Gram lentil 1 tsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
For caramel:
Water 2 tbsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Method:
Grind together, small cardamom and sugar. Take 1 liter milk in the pan, add in cardamom and cooked it to thicken. Grind the soaked rice and add it in the milk. Then add in 1 cup sugar and keep on stirring. When the firni thickens, add it in the mud bowl and let it cool and set. In the end, add in chopped and boiled almonds and pistachios.
Now make, caramel sauce with 4 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp water. Spread it on the firni. Let it cool and serve.
