Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet 500 gm
  • Brown onion (grated) 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlicpaste 2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Poppy seeds (paste) 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2-3 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves 2 (medium)
  • Dry red chilies 3-4
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Lemon 1

 

Method:
Marinate fish fillet with salt and lemon. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the fish from both sides until golden brown. Set aside. Now in the same oil add bay leaves and dry red chilies. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste and sautéwell. Now add great brown onion, green chilies, salt, poppy seeds paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder and fresh coriander. Mix well. Then add 2 tbsp of water, cover and allow to cook well for about 5-7 minutes. Now add yogurt and fried fish. Cover again and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Lastly add all spice powder, mix well and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Eggplants (cut into cubes) 2 small
  • Red bell pepper (cut into cut into cubes) 1 large
  • Green bell pepper (cut into slices) 1 large
  • Mushrooms (sliced) 1 cup
  • Garlic (minced) 6 cloves
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Pizza dough 300gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red chilies to taste

 

Method:
Preheat oven to 220°C. Then in a roasted pan heat oil. Now add all the vegetables,salt and garlic. Toss to coat. Then roast in a preheated oven, turning once, for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Do not overcook. Set aside to cool. Now roll the pizza dough and sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese over the pizza dough. Now top with roasted vegetables, remaining mozzarella and crushed chilies. Then bake it for about 12 to 15 minutes or until the topping is bubbly and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
