Ingredients:
- Fish 1/2 kg
- Onions (fried) 2
- Tomatoes (chopped) 3
- Red chili powder 1 ½ tbsp
- Coriander powder 11/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4-5
- Soya 1 bunch
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Whole all spice 1 tabs
- Rice 2 cups
- Salt to taste
- Pomace olive oil as required
Method:
Heat the olive oil add whole spices when splutter add tomatoes along with fried onion, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chilies, salt, ginger garlic and cook until a distinct aroma arises and oil rises to the surface. Add the fish, stir gently so as not to break the pieces. Simmer over low heat until done. Take out fish from gravy add water for rice when it starts boiling add rice and cook when water evaporates add soya green chilies and put on medium low flame for about 10 minutes. Serve hot on a flat dish with fish.
Ingredients:
- Chickpea lentil (boiled with salt and turmeric powder) 1 kg
- Mustard greens (boiled with salt and turmeric powder) 1 kg
- Tomatoes 2 medium
- Ginger garlic 1tbsp
- Green chilies 2-3
- Spinach (boiled) 1bunch
- Water as required
- Salt as required
- Pomace olive oil 1/4 cup
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Dry red chili 2-3
- Onion (fried) 1 medium
- Red chili powder 1tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
Method:
Blend mustard greens and spinach for a smooth consistency and set aside. Heat olive oil in a pan Add cumin seeds, dry red chilies then ginger garlic paste and after few seconds add tomatoes, red chili powder and cook until tomatoes become mashy. Now add green chilies, fried onion and mustard greens. Mix well. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or till it becomes hot. While simmering do stir often as the mustard greens splutters. Later switch off the flame and Serve with butter.
