Fish sizzler Recipe | Chef Gulzar in Dawat

Ingredients
Boneless Fish (Cube)                    ½ kg
Onion (Slices)                            1
Garlic Paste                             1 tbsp
Yogurt                                125 grams
White Cumin Seeds                        1 tsp
Black Cumin Seeds                        1 tsp
Perry Powder                             ½ tsp
Kabab Chini Powder                     ½ tsp
Red Chili Paste                         1 tbsp
Sesame Seeds                             1 tbsp
Vinegar                                 ½ cup
Fried and Crushed Onion                 2
Papaya Paste                             3 tbsp
Clarified Butter                         as required
Salt                                     to taste

Method
Take a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp of garlic paste 125 grams of yogurt, 1 tsp of white cumin , 1 tsp of black cumin, ½ tsp of perry powder, ½ tsp of kabbab chinipowder, 1tbsp of red chili paste, 1 tbsp of sesame seeds, ½ cup of vinegar , 2 fried and crushed onions,3 tbsp of papaya paste, as required clarified butter and add to taste salt mix it well and marinade the fish cubes and leave it for few hours. Take a cooking pan add marinade fish and add fish marination and roasted when its dry add as required water to tender the fish. Now dry the water, when the fish is tender almost spices are altogether and cook take it out in a sizzling platter and garnish with onion slices and serve it.
