Marination ingredients:

Fish boneless 400 grams
Crushed garlic 1tbsp
White pepper ¾ tsp
Salt as required
Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp
Mustard paste 1-1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp

Sauce ingredients:

Butter 1 tbsp
Flour 1-1/2 tsp
Chicken stock ¾ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Salt as required

For serving:
Carrot, capsicums,zucchini as required
Salt 2 pinches
Butter 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon slices for garnishing

Ingredients:

Chicken mince boiled 1 cup
Chopped onion 1
Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Butter ` 4 tbsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Salt, red chili, turmeric as required
Cream ¾ cup
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese ¾ cup
All spice powder ½ tsp
Boiled pasta 1 large bowl
Tikka masala 1 tbsp
Green coriander 2 tbsp

Method:
Heat the butter and sauté chopped onion and garlic .now tomato puree ,yogurt ,salt ,red chili powder ,turmeric ,all spices powder and tikka masala add and roast well .after this add cream mix and add the chicken boil mince and pasta .then ketchup mix and dish out .finally add mozzarella cheese and bake then garnish with green coriander and serve .
