This Italian Focaccia bread is a very unique and tasty bread made with sugar to give it’s a sweet sensation, sprinkled with olive oil, sun dried tomatoes and olives.

Ingredients:
- Flour 3 cups
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Olive oil ½ cup
- Black olives as required
- Rosemary 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt to sprinkle
- Sundried tomatoes ½ cup
Method:
Mix ½ cup of water and sugar in yeast. Mix salt and oil in flour, add water and left it to form dough. When it rises grease the dish and beat well. Sprinkle olive oil, add sun dried tomatoes and olives. Add salt and rosemary left for rinse. Bake in pre-heat oven at 180 C till golden color comes. Dish out and serve.
Ingredients:
- Boiled chicken cubes 500 gm
- Mushrooms 1 cup
- Boiled peas 1 cup
- Milk 1-1/2 cup
- Egg yolk 2
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Boiled carrot ¾ cup
- Cream ¾ cup
- Butter ½ cup
- Chicken stock 1-1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Ingredients for serving as required
Method:
Heat butter adds mushroom and chicken sauté. Also add flour fry well. Add milk and chicken stock, cook/ also add black pepper, carrot, and peas. Add cream and egg yolk beat well. Mix in hot mixture. Dish out and serve with pasta.

- Orange slices as required
- Pomegranate seeds 1 cup
- Onion chopped 1 big
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
- Ingredients for dressing:
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
Method:
All dressing ingredients mix well .now add in onion paprika powder and cinnamon mix .then dish out and set the orange slice then pour pomegranate seeds and onion .finally add dressing and cool then serve .
