Ingredients:

  • Garlic Sliced 4-6
  • Onion rings 1
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Fish Fillets 4
  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD:
Place the onion rings and garlic slices on the foil. Place the fish on top, put butter on top of fish, and season with salt and pepper. Wrap foil to create parcels. Bake at 180 degrees C or steam in a steamer for approximately 15-20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish fillets) or until cooked

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Butter 1/3 cup
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger, grated 1 tsp
  • Sugar 3 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Green Chilies chopped 2
  • sprig Curry leaves chopped 1
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • carom seeds ¼ tsp

Method:
Combine all the ingredients together and knead well to make a smooth firm dough. Refrigerate the cling wrapped dough for about 30 minutes. On a lightly floured surface roll the dough out to a 2 mm thickness. Using cookie cutters, cut the rolled dough into desired shape and place it on lined baking sheets. Bake at 180 degrees C for about 20 minutes or until the edges are golden. Allow to cool completely. Store in airtight containers.
