Ingredients
- Plain Flour 2 cup
- Sugar Powder 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Oil ½ cup
- Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Coconut (grated) 1 cup
- Baking Powder 1-1/2
- Baking Soda ½ tsp
- Milk ¼ cup
Methods
- Pre heat oven in 170c.
- Then in a bowl, add eggs, oil, vanilla essence, salt, sugar powder and beat well.
- Now add baking powder, baking soda and sieve it.
- After this, in egg mixture add eggs and fold it.
- Now add desiccated coconut, milk and mix.
- After this, in a grease loaf tin pour mixture and bake it for 45 minutes .
