Ingredients:

  • Chapli kabab 3 – 4
  • Flour as required
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for frying
  • MAKING
  • Burger Bun 3 – 4
  • Iceberg as required
  • Tomato sliced 6 to 8
  • Cucumber sliced 6 to 8
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Chili garlic sauce as required
  • Cheese sliced 3 – 4

 

METHOD:
Put flour on chapli kebab and dip in egg and put bread crumbs in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Now heat oil in a frying pan and fry chapli kebab. Then toast the bun and add mayonnaise. When to place. Then add cheese slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and chili garlic sauce. Finally, put mayonnaise on the top of the bun and serve

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Tikka (Quarter cut) 2 pieces
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Red orange color few drops
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Boiled rice 1 cup
  • Butter 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 2 – 3

 

METHOD:

Dip chicken tikka pieces in vinegar and salt water and leave for 30 minutes Now take the chicken out and dry it. Now make a paste of yogurt , oil and all spice powder in a mixing bowl. Now put this paste in chicken pieces and put it in the fridge for 6-8 hours.
Then heat water in a steamer and steam the chicken for 35 to 40 minutes.
Now place the rice in the serving platter and place the pieces, then place the tomato, onion or green chilies in the hot butter.

Ingredients:

  • Milk powder (full cream) 2 cups
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp

 

METHOD:
Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix. Then put the mixture in a fry pan and cook on low heat till the mixture thickens. Then put it in a bowl to cool and store it in a bottle or jar.

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Egg yolks 5
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Sugar free biscuits 8 – 10
  • Fruit cocktail ½ cup
  • Cream ½ cup

 

METHOD:
To make custard, add egg yolk, corn flour, sugar, vanilla essence in a mixing bowl and mix well.Even if they thicken. Now add the fruit cocktail to the sauce pan .Then place the sugar-free biscuits in the serving dish and add the custard .Then add the fruit cocktail, apply the cream and serve.
