Ingredients:

  • Seekh kabab 6 – 8
  • Mozzarella cheese 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Water 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Flour as required
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for frying

 

 

METHOD:
Frying pan men cheese, mayo, chat masala, salt or pani dal ker halki aanch per mix ker lain jab sauce ready hojae to sauce ko piping bag men bhar ker seekh kababs kay ander fill ker dain. Ab kababs ko maida se coat ker kay anday men dip Karen phir bread crumbs laga ker fry ker lain.

Ingredients:

  • Butter 120gm
  • Flour 80gm
  • Powder sugar 125gm
  • Coconut essence few drops
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Egg 3
  • Egg white 100gm
  • Sugar 200gm
  • Coconut crushed 100 gm

 

Method:
Mixing bowl men butter or sugar ko dal ker achi tarhan mix ker lain phir ek ek ker kay anda shamil Karen phi phir coconut essence, maida or baking powder kerkay achi trahan mix ker lain phir mixture ko mould men dal ker pre heated oven men 180C per 25 se 30 minutes tak bake ker lain.
Phir ek sauce pan men egg white or sugar dal ker mix ker lain phir coconut dal ker itna pakaen kay chini ka dana khatam hojae phir is mixture ko bake kiye huway cakes per laga ker red jam kay sath decorate ker kay mazeed inta bake Karen kay coconut per color ajae.

Ingredients to marinate:

  • Chicken with bone 8 – 10 pieces
  • Yogurt 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili small paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Mint 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Fresh soya 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Ingredients for liquid batter:

  • Eggs 2
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Water as required

Ingredients for coating:

  • Flour as required
  • Salt as required
  • Chat masala as required
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

METHOD:
Ek mixing bowl men chicken or marinade kay tamam ajza dal ker achi tarhan mix ker lain. Phir chiken ko 5 se 6 hours kay liye fridge men rakh dain.
Ab dosray mixing bowl men liquid batter kay tamam ajza dal ker pani shamil Karen or garha batter bana lain.
Ab teesray mixing bowl men maida, salt, chat masala or chicken powder dal ker mix Karen or dry batter bana lain.
Ab marinated chicken ko liquid batter men dip ker kay dry batter men dal ker ungliyon ki madad se breading Karen phir karah men oil garam ker kay broast ko 12 se 15 minutes tak low flame per fry ker lain jab golden color aajae to nikal ker bun kay sath garma garam serve Karen.
