Ingredients:
- 1 cup Daal Mash
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 3 Tomatoes
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp Red Chili
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 6 Whole Red Chilies
- 1 tabs Butter
- Ginger, Green Chili, Green Coriander (For Garnish)
Method:
Haldi or namak kay saath daal ubal ln.
Ghee main onion, cumin, green chili add kar k fry karen phr ginger garlic pst add kar k fry karen phr tamatar salt, red chili black pepper , coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric add kar k pakan hasb e zarorat pani add kar k bhon ln phr dal, whole red chili, ginger, green coriander, green chili, butter
add kar k pakan 5 minutes k lia or serve karen.
Ingredients:
- Rice ½ kg
- Sugar 1 cup
- Clarified butter 1 cup
- Yellow Food Color ½ tsp
- Whole dried milk 250 gm
- Almonds, Pistachios & Coconut 100 gm
- Cardamoms 4
- Ashrafi 1 cup
- Chum chum, Rasgulay as required
Method:
Boil rice with yellow food color .
Now heat ghee add cardamom,sugar and water.
When sugar dissolve, add boiled rice and mix.
Leave it half an hour.
In the end, removes from the stove.
Sprinkles almonds, pistachios, coconut, Ashrafiya, khoya, chum chum and rasgulay.
Delicious zarda is ready.
