Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bone 8 pc
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Red flour 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Water as required

Breading Mix:

  • Flour 500 gm
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oil for frying

Masala Seasoning:

  • Chaat masala 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp

Dynamite Sauce:

  • Chili sauce 3 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise ¼ cup
  • Cream 1 tbsp

METHOD:
For chicken marination, in mixing bowl mix chicken with all ingredients marinate well. Keep in fridge for 4 to 5 hour. For bread mix flour and all ingredients in mixing bowl. Add marinated chicken in bread mixture coat well and deep fry at low temperate for 12 to 14 minute. Sprinkle spices and seasoning on chicken, serve with dynamite sauce.
Dynamite sauce; mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. For masala seasoning mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 2 to 3
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili small paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin cutter 1 tsp
  • Sweet Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Cream 2 to 3 tbsp

For Sauce:

  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Mayonnaise 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 clove
  • Green chili big chopped 1
  • Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Mint chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Cumin crushed ¼ tsp

METHOD:
For chicken marination, in mixing bowl add chicken fillet and all ingredients mix well, keep in fridge for 8 to 10 hours. Heat oil in grill pan add chicken cook for 3 minute from both sides. For sauce, mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. In serving bowl pour sauce, keep grilled vegetables. Also add chicken steak and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Milk chocolate 240 gm
  • Cream 120 gm
  • Chocolate Sauce:
  • Whipped cream 200 gm
  • Condense milk 50 gm
  • Chocolate Ganache 50 gm

METHOD:
For balls mix cream and milk chocolate and keep in fridge for 15 to 20 minute. Remove from fridge make balls and keep in fridge for 10 minute. Then give a shape of round balls. For sauce in mixing bowl mix whipped cream, condensed milk and chocolate ganache. In serving dish pour sauce and keep chocolate balls.
