Ingredients:
- German chilies 8 – 10
- Chicken minced ½ cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Onion chopped 2 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Green chili chopped 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Shredded cheese ½ cup
- Flour as required
- Eggs 2- 3
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil for frying
METHOD:
Pan men oil garam kerkay onion ko sauté kerlen phir chopped garlic or hari mirchen dal ker fry Karen or chicken ka qeema shamil kerkay salt, lalmirch or zeera dal kerachi tarhan bhoon len phir itna kay mixture dry hojae. Ab mixture ko plate men nikal ker thanda ker len phir is men shredded cheese mila ker mirchon men bharlen. phir mirchon per maida laga ker anday men dip Karen or braed crumb laga ker phir se anday men dip Karen or phir bread crumb lagaker 10 se 15 minutes kayliye fridge men rakh den.
Phir karahi men oil garam kerkay medium flame per mirchon ko fry kerlen.

- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato puree ½ cup
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Cream 2- 3 tbsp
- Capsicum julienned 1
- Tomato julienned 1
- Onion julienned 1
- Green chili julienned 1
- Green coriander chopped for garnish
- Ginger julienned for garnish
- Coal for smoke
METHOD:
Karahi men oil garam ker kay chicken ko namak dal ker fry ker len phir excess oil nikal ker lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker chicken ko fry kerlen. phir tomato puree or tamamsukhaymasalay dal kerachi tarhan bhoon len ab cream, butter, Shimla, piyaz, hari mirch or tamato dal keachi tarhan fry ker len itna kay oil alag ho hae phir ko phir koylay ka cum de ker dhania or hari mirched dal ker serev Karen.

- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Cream 2- 3 tbsp
- Ice cubes 4- 5
- Vanilla ice cream 1 scoop
