Frozen Corn Cheese Balls are the easiest cheese-loaded snacks that are loved by everybody! Serve them with your favorite creamy, herby dip or sauce and you will never go back to those frozen cheese balls.

Ingredients for balls:

  • Sweet corn 1 cup
  • Potato (boiled & mashed) 3
  • Onion (finely chopped) ½
  • Capsicum (finely chopped) ½
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chilli (finely chopped) 1
  • Coriander (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese (grated) ¼ cup
  • Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp

For Slurry:

  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Chili flakes ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Water ½ cup

Other ingredients:

  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Oil for frying

 

Method:

Mix all the ingredients of balls and mix well, make sure to mash and combine well forming dough. Now prepare coating by all ingredients and mix well making sure there are no lumps. Take a small amount of mixture and Roll to form a smooth ball. Dip in corn flour mixture and roll in bread crumbs. Freeze for 20 minutes
Deep fry in hot oil and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Almond flour 2 tbsp
  • Powdered milk 2 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Ground cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Unsalted butter 2 tbsp
  • Dates paste 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Dark chocolate chopped 1 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp

 

METHOD:
Chopped nuts, sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and toasted sesame seeds, for coating. Combine almond flour, powdered milk, and ground cinnamon in a small skillet and place over low heat Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is fragrant and light brown in color, about 2 minutes. Add butter and stir until the butter is melted and mixture is well combined. Let it cool. Add date paste, cocoa, and salt to bowl and mix until well combined. Scoop balls using a tablespoon or a small ice-cream scoop and drop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roll between damp hands to smooth. Refrigerate truffles until. Set. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring until smooth; stir in oil. Dip truffles into chocolate, finally roll in coating ingredients and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Green cardamom 1/4 cup
  • Water 1/2-liter
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Green food color 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom essence as required

 

Method:
First grind cardamom seeds and boil them in water for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and cook it well. Add food color, cardamom essence, and mix it.
Store into bottle. Make sharbat with small amount of mixture and chilled water and enjoy.
