Ingredients for kabab
- Soaked split Bengal gram 250 gram
- Whole red chili 8
- Boiled potatoes 1
- Spices powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
For chutney:
- Coriander, mint 100 grams
- Green chili 100 grams
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Dried mango powder 50 grams (with water)
- Salt as required
- Tamarind paste 50 grams
For garnishing:
- Onion 1
- Egg 2-3
- Buns 6-12
Method
For kabab split Bengal grams, whole red chili, boiled potato, salt, spices powder, coriander, turmeric sauté with ginger garlic paste. when mixture is ready. now make kabab and then freeze it.for chutney coriander, mint ,green chili ,cumin ,crushed red chili ,dried mango powder ,salt and tamarind paste blend it .now egg beat till than fluffy and kabab dip then fry .now chutney and onion spread on bun and serve .
Ingredients
- Frozen paratha 6
- Chicken strips ½ kg
- Mustard 2 tbsp
- Sweet Chilli sauce 2 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic powder 1 tbsp
- Flour 3 cups
- Corn flour 2 cups
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Chilled water as required
- Ice berg lettuce as required
- Fries frozen as required
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Mayo ¼ cup
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
Method
Fry paratha and set aside. Now season chicken with mustard,
sweet Chilli sauce, ginger garlic powder, salt and paprika.
Dip each strip into the flour then chilled water now dredge chicken
into flour and corn flour and soda. Then deep fry.
Assemble with ketchup and mayo and flakes. Chicken and make
wraps add in ice berg for crunch. Serve with Fries.
