Ingredients
- 1 cup Besan (Gram Flour)
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
- Oil for Frying
- 1/2 kg Yogurt
- Cream ½ cup optional
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Chat Masala
- Tarmarind without seeds plum only
Method
In a bowl mix together Gram Flour, Baking powder, Corn flour,salt, cumin seeds make a paste using 1/2 cup of water.
Then heat oil in a woke and drop little balls into oil with the help of spoon and fry on medium flame until they turned golden brown.
Remove in a tray and leave them to cool.
In another pan add water put in the phulkis, let them soaked for a while then take each ball press in between palms to squeezed out and aline them into dish.
Take 1/2 kg yogurt, 1/4 cup Sugar beat them well.
Now pour Meethay Dahi over Baray sprinkle Chaat Masala and served Chilled.
