Ingredients For The Chicken
- Chicken breast cut in to thin fillet 100 gm each
- Paprika 1tsp
- Onion powder 1tsp
- Garlic powder 1tsp
- Corn flour 1 cup
- Eggs 2
For The Crumbs
- Crushed cornflakes 50 gm
- Paprika 1tsp
- Onion powder 1tsp
- Garlic powder 1tsp
For The Sauce
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Hot sauce ¼ cup
- Mustard 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder 2 tsp
For The Burger
- Burger buns 2
- Lettuce 1
- Tomato 1
- Cheddar cheese slice 2
- Pickles slices 2-3
- Eggs 2
First season the chicken and corn flour separately. Then dip the chicken into eggs then crumbs then bake or fry for 15min Assemble the burger. Combine sauce ingredients and enjoy.

Ingredients For the Cake:
- All-purpose flour (240g) 2 cups
- Baking powder ¾ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Eggs 5 large
- Granulated sugar (250g) 1¼ cup
- Whole milk (120ml) ½ cup
- Vanilla extract 2 tsp
For the Syrup:
- Sweetened condensed milk 1 can
- Evaporated milk 1 can
- Whole milk (160ml) ⅔ cup
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Salt 1tsp
For The Frosting:
- Heavy whipping cream 2 cups
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
For Chocolate Frosting:
- Milk chocolate as required
- Condensed milk as required
- Cream for design as required
For the Cake:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Butter a 13×9-inch baking dish or spray with baking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Separate the eggs into two separate bowls, a medium one for the yolks and a large one for the white. Beat the egg whites on high speed until foamy and doubled in size, about 1 minute. While beating, slowly pour in ¼ cup sugar. Continue beating until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes.
Add the remaining 1 cup sugar to the egg yolks and beat on medium speed until pale and fluffy, about 1 minute. Beat in the milk and vanilla. Pour into the flour mixture and beat just until combined.
Using a spatula, fold the egg whites into the flour mixture in two batches, until no white streaks remain. Pour the batter into the cake pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Let the cake cool until slightly warm. (The cake will fall and shrink as it cools. This is normal!
For the Syrup:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk until well combined. Poke the cake all over with a fork. Slowly pour the syrup over the cake. Cover and chill for at least 30 min to 1 hour.
For the Frosting:
In a large bowl, beat the cream and vanilla on medium speed until soft peaks form. Spread over the cake. Now melt chocolate and add condensed milk. Layer the cake and make a design with cream.
