Ingredients For chicken
- Chicken thigh 350 gm
- whole eggs 2
- water ¼ cup
- honey 1 tbsp
- soya sauce 1 tbsp
- cornflour 1 cup
For hot honey ranch
- sour cream ½ cup
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- chilli crisp 2tbsp
- honey ¼ cup
- shallots 1 finely diced
- parsley ¼ thinly sliced
- lemon juice 1tbsp
- Pinch of salt
For salad thinly sliced
- red onion ½
- green chillies 2
- cucumber ¼
- apple ½
- Squeeze of lemon
- Pinch of salt
Add bun of your choice.for assembling.
Method
Prepare salad and reserve in start
Beat eggs until fluffy add all other chicken ingredients. Check the consistency before frying.
Fry till light golden.
Prepare sauce
Assemble as you like enjoyy
Ingredients
- cream of coconut 1/4 cup
- pineapple juice (strawberry pineapple juice, or milk) 1 1/2 cups
- strawberry or vanilla yogurt 1/4 cup
- frozen pineapple 1 1/2 cups
- frozen strawberries 1 cup
Method
Combine all your ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
Blend on high and mix until all ingredients are combined and smooth.
You can add more ice, or more juice to thin or thicken the smoothie depending on the power of your blender, and your preference.
