Ingredients:
- Hot cocoa mix 1 packet
- Ground chipotle chilli pepper or paprika powder 2 pinches
- Ground cinnamon 2 pinches
- Sweetened whipped cream 2 tbsp
Prepare the hot cocoa mix according to the package.
Mix with half the chipotle/ paprika and half the cinnamon.
Top with the whipped cream and sprinkle with the remaining chipotle and cinnamon.
Ingredients:
- Bread 20 slices
- Cream cheese 1 ½ cups
- Sour cream 1 ¼ cups
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
For The Filling
- First Layer
- Chicken boneless boiled shredded 100 gm
- Ketchup 2tbsp
- Mayonnaise 1tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 2 slices
- Black pepper as required
- Crushed chillies as required
- Jalapeños 1tbsp
- Olives 1tbsp
Second Layer
- Cucumber 1
- Carrots 1
- Mayonnaise 1tbsp
- Mustard sauce 1tbsp
- Cabbage ¼ cup
- Lettuce ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Third Layer
- Eggs boiled 2 to 3
- Mayonnaise 1tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 2 slices
- Honey 1tsp
- Black pepper 1tsp
- White pepper 1tsp
For Garnish
- Cucumber carrots coriander tomatoes as required
Beat the icing together
Mix all the layering’s
Slice bread loves horizontally to assemble an easy rectangular layered sandwich cake. Cut off the bread crusts and use them to make homemade bread crumbs
Place the first slice of bread on a rectangular serving platter. Spread some of the icing Frosting all over the bread slice.
Top icing layer with chicken salad mixture and spread evenly.
