Ingredients:
- Mutton chops ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 2
- Dried mango powder 1 tbsp
- Cloves 4
- Bay leaves 1
- Cumin 1
- Tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 6
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green coriander ½ bunches
- Ginger finely cut 1 tbsp
- All spices 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
In mutton chops all ingredients and raw papaya mix and leave for 1 hour .after this heat oil and fry onion then whole spices add and fry .now add marinated chops ,tomatoes and yogurt add and cook .finally garnish with ginger ,green coriander and green chilies and serve .
Ingredients:
- Ridged gourd 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2tsp
- Turmeric 1/2tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Garlic (chopped) 2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds (chopped) 2tsp
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Oil ½ cup
- Red Chili (chopped) 1 tsp
Method:
• Heat oil, add garlic, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric and red chili.
• When aroma comes, add Ridged gourd and fry on high flame.
• After this, when dries water add yogurt and let it simmer.
• Then dries water, sprinkles coriander leaves and green chilies.
Ingredients:
- Nuggets (chicken) 1 packet
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
Fry nuggets in oil then in a bowl Add ketchup, mayonnaise, , garlic paste and chili sauce mix then serve with nuggets.
