Ingredients:
- Beef mince 300gm
- Turmeric powder 1tsp
- Coriander powder 1tbsp
- Fried onion 1
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Raw papaya 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Mace ¼ tsp
- Nutmeg ¼ tsp
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Oil as required
- Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
- Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients well and leave for 30 minutes. Then make gola kabab and fry or grill them in oil.
Ingredient:
- Chicken 300 gm
- Salt to taste
- Red chili as required
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Mix whole spices 1tbsp
- Onion 2 medium
- Almonds 2 tbsp
- Pistachios 2 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Fresh cream ¼ cup
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Screw pine essence 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1tbsp
- Nutmeg mace powder 1/8 tsp
- Ginger (julienne) 1 tsp
Method:
Blend almonds, poppy seeds, coconut and pistachios and make paste. Heat clarified butter and fry onion and remove. Then fry mix whole spices in clarified butter when it starts crackling add chicken and cook well. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook until chicken gets tender. Now add salt, red chili, coriander powder, almond paste mix in yogurt and cook well. Then crush fried onion and add it to the dish. In last add cream, screw pine essence, nutmeg mace powder, ginger and serve hot.
