INGREDIENTS:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
  • Chicken boneless ½ cup
  • Boiled pasta 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies paste 1 tbsp
  • Cream ¼ cup

 

METHOD:
In a grinder add coriander, mint leaves, green chilies paste and water, grind until smooth. Then in a frying pan, add flour and butter and Chicken boneless cook for 2 minutes. Add milk and cheese, cook well until thick. Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic and sauté. Add chicken, white sauce, green sauce and Boiled pasta and other spices. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. In the end, add cream and cook for a minute and serve.

  • Bottle gourd peeled ½ kg boiled
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 2 cups
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves hand full
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

 

METHOD:
Heat oil add cumin and green chili fry well. add ginger garlic, chopped tomato, salt and all spice cook. Add bottle gourd cook for 2 minute more. Garnish with green coriander serve.
