Green Fish Kabab
Ingredients:
Fish 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Bread slices 2-3
Green Chilies 3-4
Fresh Coriander 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Oil for frying.
Recipe
In a chopper add everything except egg and flour
When everything is well mixed take the mixture out in a bowl now add one egg and flour and mix it well.
Make kebabs and shallow fry them till golden brown in color
