Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Green chilies ground 20
- Mint ground ¼ bunch
- Coriander leaves ground 1 bunch
- Allspice 2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya grinded 1 tbsp
- Cream ½ packet
Method:
Give cuts on tikka pieces, marinate with all the above for 2 hours, put on skewers and grill on bbq or bake in a pre-heated oven in a oven tray covered with foil, 20 mins on each side, give dum of coal.
Ingredients:
- French bread 4 slices
- Eggs 4
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Milk ½ cup
- Caster sugar 4 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
- Vanilla ½ tsp
- Butter & oil for frying
- Sliced almonds as required
Ingredients for cinnamon sauce:
- Brown sugar 4 tbsp
- Butter 2 ounce
- Clarified butter 3 tbsp
- Light corn syrup 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon ½ tsp
Ingredients for topping:
- Whipped cream ½ cup
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
- Vanilla few drops
- Icing sugar 1 tbsp
- Sliced bananas 2
Method:
Beat eggs, milk, cream, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla, dip bread slices in this mixture and let it soak for 10 mins. Heat butter and oil in a pan, fry french toast adding little almonds on each sides. Heat brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, ghee and corn syrup together to form a sauce.
For topping Beat cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
To serve:
Put french toast on a platter, spread with banana slices on them, drizzle cream sauce and cinnamon sauce on top, serve immediately.
Ingredients to marinate:
- Chicken breasts 2
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Green chili grinded 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Other ingredients:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Red capsicum 1
- Spring onion 2
- Canned tomatoes ½ tin
- Sweet corn 1 cup
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Boiled fettuccini 2 ½ cup
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnishing
Method:
Marinate chicken with the given ingredients for 30 mins. Heat oil and butter, fry garlic, add marinated chicken with canned peeled tomatoes with all the seasonings and veggies except spring onion, add 1 cup water, cook till thick, add spring onion, spread boiled fettuccini in a platter, pour chicken mixture on top, serve garnished with chopped parsley.

- Ice cream soda ½ cup
- Ice 1cup
- Water 1cup
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Herbion lemon ispaghol 2tbsp
Method:
Mix all blend and serve chilled
