Ingredients for Chicken:
- Chicken breast ½ kg cut in strips
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 oz
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Parsley ½ tsp
- Flour 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp heaped
- Cheddar cheese ½ cup grated
- Cream ½ cup
- Mushroom sliced 6
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Milk ¼ cup
- Cream cheese 4 tbsp
Ingredients for Tortillas:
- Flour 2 ½ cup
- Black caraway seeds ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
Ingredients for Sauce:
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
METHOD FOR TORTILLA:
Mix all together, knead into a dough, make like roties and keep aside.
METHOD FOR SAUCE:
Mix all together.
METHOD FOR CHICKEN:
Heat oil, add garlic paste with chicken julienne, add all the seasonings and sauces, cook till chicken tender, add in flour, mix well, add oregano, parsley, cheddar cheese, cream, sliced mushroom, milk, mayonnaise and salt, mix it well, remove.
TO ASSEMBLE:
Take your roti, put chicken mixture, put sauce, roll it, grill it in grill pan, serve with fries.
Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate (any) 20 gm
- Unsalted butter 100 gm
- Eggs 3
- Sugar 150 gm
- Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
- Flour 1 cup
- Milk chocolate 100 gm
- Biscuits 2 cups
- Biscuit spread 4 tbsp heaped
METHOD:
Beat sugar and eggs very well till fluffy, add in coco powder, fold in flour very gently, also fold in melt chocolate coarsely chopped, crush lotus biscuit coarsely and fold in the mixture. Now dissolve dark chocolate with 4 ounce butter and fold it in the mixture, put mixture in a well greased 8 x 8 inches square pan, slightly melt lotus spread and drizzle on top of the brownie mixture and slightly swirl, put to bake on 180 D for 30 mins, remove, cut into pieces and serve.
Ingredients:
- Mutton chops 750 gm
- Onion finely chopped 1 ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Tomatoes 2 chopped
- Oil ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
Ingredients for Masala to be Grounded:
- Coriander leaves 1 cup
- Mint leaves ½ cup
- Curry leaves 10
- Green chilies 3
- All spice ½ tsp
- Grated fresh coconut 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Boil the mutton chops with salt and tomato till chops nearly tender. Heat oil in a pan, fry onion light golden, add ginger garlic paste, add boiled mutton chops, add chili powder, turmeric powder, cook for about a min, add grounded masala, fry for 1 min, add 1 cup water, cook on low fire covered for 10 mins, garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot with rice.
