Ingredients:

  • Mutton ribs 1 kg
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Red orange color few drops
  • Water 1 cup

Ingredients for Nawabi rice:

  • Rice 500 gm
  • Almond 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 10 – 12
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Star anise 5 – 6
  • Cinnamon 3 – 4
  • Cardamom small 4 – 5
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp

Method for ribs :
Ribs ko achi tarhan dho ker masala laga len or 6 hours kay liye fridge men rakh den. phir ke patilay men oil garam ker kay lehsan or adrak sauté ker len phir ribs dal ker fry Karen or pani dal ker bilkul halki anch per 1 se dair ghantay kay liye dum per chor den. Method for rice :

  • Papaya paste 4 tbsp
  • Coconut crushed 1 tbsp

 

METHOD:
Beef fillet ko wash ker kay parchon ki surat men kaat len phir ek mixing bowl men beef or tamam ajza dal ker beef ko marinade ker len or taqreeban over night fridge men rakh len.

Ab ek bartan men butter or thora sa oil dal ker garam Karen or bareek kati hari mirchen dal sauté Karen phir pisa huwa beef dal ker khob achi tarhan fry ker len itna kay butter or qeema alag alah hojae phir last men podina dal ker mix ker len.

  • Cream ¼ cup
  • Green chili big 1- 2
  • Ginger julienne for garnish

 

METHOD:
