For Gulab jamun ingredients
- Bread 3 slices
- Milk 1/8 cup
- Clarified butter for frying
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Water 1/4 cup
- Green cardamom 2
Ingredients for gulab jamun mousse:
- Gulab jamuns 6 small
- Whipped cream 1 cup
- Pistachios for garnishing
Method:
In water add sugar and green cardamom and make syrup .after this in bread add milk and make dough then make gulab jaman and fry in clarified butter then dip in syrup and remove it .after this in whipped cream add 4 gulab jaman and beat with beater .finally pour in glass whipped cream ,gulab jaman and garnish with pistachios and serve it .
INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFING:
- 2 tsp oil
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1/4 cup capsicum chopped
- ½ tsp coriander seeds, crushed
- to taste salt
- ½ tsp fennel seeds crushed
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 green chili chopped
- ¼ tsp All spice powder
- ½ tsp dry mango powder
- 2 Potatoes boiled & mashed
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 5 slices bread
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp water
- for brushing oil
Method:
Preheat the oven .then heat oil and add cumin then add all spices and cook .then add boil potatoes mashed,green chopped chilies ,peas ,capsicum and green coriander mix and remove it .now bread slices cut in the triangle shape .then make triangle cone and fill the masala and seal it .after this make all samosa’s and brush with oil then bake 20 minutes and serve .
Ingredients:
- Marhaba syrup ½ cup
- chia seeds ½ cup
- ice as required
- water 2 glass
Method:
all ingredients mix and pour in a glass and serve .
